One of my many goals in life is to have the Abs of a God!!
Oh what a wonderful thing that would be. I just want to be like "BAM!! Yeah I know I have beautiful abs" ahahah. Along with those wonderment abs come all the other beautiful muscles:) oh yes yes yes 1000 times yes. I have been working on this goal for about 6 months now and I am starting to really see my progress!! It has been a lot of work for this point.
But they aren't there just yet (its like a slight out line of them).....just a little more work and it will all come together.
So here is the plan:
1. End sugars (I have been doing pretty good but I can do better)
2. Do 30 min of abs work every other day
why you ask?.....I can answer that....it isn't good to work one part of your body every single day because it will grow accustomed to the work out and it wont work any more. In other word you will reach a dead end. Plus just doing abs wont get you arm muscles or leg muscles. duh.
3. Don't be as lazy ( I am lazy. I will say it. But hey its who I am)
4. Condition with the basket ball team ( I am going to be the manager)
5. Be confident that I will have great muscles
6. Call about Kick Boxing lessons
That there is a mighty fine list. If I follow that I know I will reach and maintain that goal of godly abs for a very long time. So let the Training begin.
